Stefanie Horn (born January 9, 1991) is a German-Italian slalom canoeist who has competed for Germany since 2006. She has represented Italy since 2013.[1]

She competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro where she finished 8th in the K1 event.[2][3]
