Steve Baddeley is a retired male badminton player from England who competed from the early 1980s to the early 1990s.

Career

Baddeley won the English men's singles title in 1982, 1985, and 1987. He is the only Englishman to win men's singles at the quadrennial British Commonwealth Games (1986) and one of only two to win the gold medal in men's singles at the biennial European Badminton Championships (1990).

In 2004 he took over as Director of Sport for Sport England[1]

Steve Baddeley took over from Ged Roddy as Director of Sports for Team Bath[2] at the University of Bath in February 2010.
