Stocznia Szczecin – is a Polish professional volleyball team, based in Szczecin. The club was promoted to the highest level of Polish volleyball league - PlusLiga in 2016.

History

In 2003 club was founded by former volleyball player and owner of Espadon company Jakub Markiewicz. The club continues the tradition of volleyball in Szczecin, after previous club representing the city in the past Morze Bałtyk Szczecin. In 2014 Espadon Szczecin took over assets, liabilities and paid off predecessor debts.[1] After one season 2014/15 in 1st league of Polish volleyball league, Espadon Szczecin joined PlusLiga and made its debut in match with ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle on September 30, 2016. In December 2016 Michał Gogol became the new head coach.[2] In April 2018, a few matches befoure the end of the regular round of the 2017–18 PlusLiga, club has changed the name from Espadon Szczecin to Stocznia Szczecin.[3]
