Sue Mary Mackay (born 14 April 1960) is an Australian politician. She was a Labor member of the Australian Senate representing the state of Tasmania. She was appointed to the Senate on 8 March 1996 and resigned on 29 July 2005.

Mackay was born in Aberdeen, Scotland.
