Sulennis Piña Vega

Sulennis Piña Vega (born 8 January 1981) is a Cuban chess player holding the FIDE title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM) and a FIDE Trainer (2014).
Piña Vega is two-time American continental women's champion, in 2001[1] and 2005.[2] These two victories qualified her for the Women's World Chess Championship 2001 and Women's World Chess Championship 2006 respectively. She was knocked out in the first round by Xu Yuanyuan in the former and by Ekaterina Kovalevskaya in the latter.
She also won two times the Cuban women's championship, in 2005 and 2014.
Piña Vega played for the Cuban team in six Women's Chess Olympiads (2002, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014).[3]
