Sur Kamod (Sindhi: سرڪاموڏ ) is one of 30 Surs (Chapters) of Shah Jo Risalo that describes the story of Nuri Jam Tamachi. The contents of this Sur, section by section, are described below:

  1. Gandri entreats Jam Tamachi not to reject her for being a fisherman's daughter Samo loves her and is in favor of her class-fellows notwithstanding their dirty habits-he prefers them to the member of royal palace.
  2. Preference given to the humble.
