Susan Kilsby (born 1958/59) is an American businesswoman, the chairman of Shire.

Kilsby was educated at Wellesley College and Yale University.[1]

Kilsby has been on the board of Shire since 1 September 2011, and the chairman since 29 April 2014.[2]
