Switch 16 is a board game designed for 2-4 players of ages 7 and up. Introduced in 2001, it was designed by Anthony Vadasz. The aim of the game is to discard all 16 of your cards by adding up the right numbers on the dice.

The game has been published by Tomy, Goliath P.V., Piatnik and Pressman Toy Corporation under three different names: Switch, Switch 16 and Roll Over 16.
