Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah (سید خورشید احمد شاہ) was born on 20 April 1952 in Sukkur, Sindh, Pakistan is a Leader of the Opposition (Pakistan).

Biography

He received his masters degree in History in 1982 and LL.B in 1988 from Islamia College, Sukkur. He was a landlord and government officer before elected for Parliament ].[1] A lawyer and a businessman by profession and married and has two sons and three daughters.

Political career

He is politically affiliated with Pakistan Peoples Party. He has been elected as Member of National Assembly (Pakistan) for his fourth term. He is the current and incumbent Leader of the Opposition of Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians. He has been previously elected as a Member of National Assembly for the terms of 1990, 1993, 2002 and 2007 He was also an MPA of Sindh Assembly for the term of 1988.[1][2]
