T. Needham (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Needham's batting style is unknown.

Needham made a single first-class appearance for the Midland Counties cricket team against the Marylebone Cricket Club in 1843 at Barker's Ground, Leicester.[1] In a match which the Marylebone Cricket Club won by 10 wickets, Needham batted twice. Opening the batting in Midlands Counties first-innings, he scored 2 runs before he was run out, while in their second-innings he batted at number nine, scoring a single run before being dismissed by William Lillywhite.[2]
