Taft is a settlement in British Columbia in the Kamloops Division Yale Land District and Columbia-Shuswap Regional District, near Eagle Pass.[1][2] It was named by the Canadian Pacific Railway after William Howard Taft (1857–1930), 27th President of the United States.[2]
