Takashi Tachibana (立花孝志, Tachibana Takashi, born in August 15, 1967 in Izumiōtsu, Osaka, Japan) is a social activist, journalist and in April 26, 2015 was elected as a city council member of Funabashi, Chiba.

Former accountant, program producer and executive assistant to Katsuji Ebisawa, then chairman of NHK from 1986 through 2005, he has whistleblowed about dark side of the public station to the media in 2005.[1] He founded an watchdog internet TV show against Japan's public broadcaster NHK in 2011. He is on Twitter, YouTube and other social media.
