"Take Me Back to Love Again" is a 1992 single by Kathy Sledge. The single was written by Kenny Harris and Mark Holden and was the first release from Kathy Sledge's first solo CD, "Heart".[1] The producers on "Take Me Back to Love Again" were Charles Ferrar and Troy Taylor.[1] The single went to number one on the US dance charts for one week.[2] "Take Me Back to Love Again" did not make the Hot 100 but went to #24 on the soul singles chart.[3]
