This page redirected to Dipper, a kind of bird. This is a mistranslation. This character can mean dipper in the sense of "a large spoon with a long handle, used for taking liquid out of a container". It is also a Chinese measure of Volume (dry measure of grain, contemporary usage : decalitre). I changed the redirect to Chinese_units_of_measurement#Volume.
