I don't think this should be deleted yet. There are many decade and "by year" articles for various topics, such as architecture, baseball, music, etc. This pages may be slow in development, but I can see them as part of a timeline, complementing History of the United States (1918–1945). I think having these pages as stubs (at this point) is okay. --Aude (talk) 19:47, 1 December 2006 (UTC)
