In Coldharbour, Christina Rolles was not an incumbent, Bronwen McGarrity was an incumbent. In Higham, Helen Gabrielle Ashenden and Samir Jassal were not incumbents. In Istead Rise, Dakota Geoffrey Ian Dibben and Alan Michael Ridgers were not incumbents. In Meopham North, Frank Wardle was not an incumbent. In Meopham South and Vigo, Margaret Denise Tiran and Mohammad Ejaz Aslam were not incumbents. In Northfleet North, Gurbax Singh stood, and Peter Rayner did not.
