If anyone ever updates this page it could well do with several references. Also Thule is no longer the sole member of this resonance group, there are now 3! Thule's eccentricity

I deleted Unlike the Hilda asteroids, whose eccentricities are fairly typical of asteroids of the asteroid belt, Thule has a very low eccentricity – actually much lower than that of Jupiter itself and only slightly higher than that of Earth.

Its eccentricity is usually greater than Jupiter's, as this chart from Solex shows. The horizontal axis is in centuries from J2000. From -10 to 10. Saros136 (talk) 07:05, 10 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thule's median eccentricity was 0.086 during that time. Lower than the main belt median, true. The median eccentricity of main belt asteroids is 0.14. (According to Ample-12. This includes the asteroids with a is from 2 to 5). Saros136 (talk) 07:24, 10 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
