was included as the emblem of the 332d Bombardment Squadron in World War II. It was taken from Wikimedia, where its source is listed as Maurer, Maurer, ed. (1982) [1969]. Combat Squadrons of the Air Force, World War II (PDF) (reprint ed.). Washington, DC: Office of Air Force History. ISBN 0-405-12194-6. LCCN 70605402. OCLC 72556. Retrieved December 17, 2016.. However, both Maurer and Watkins, Robert (2008). Battle Colors: Insignia and Markings of the Eighth Air Force In World War II. Vol. Vol I (VIII) Bomber Command. Atglen, PA: Shiffer Publishing Ltd. ISBN 978-0-7643-1987-7. {{cite book}}: |volume= has extra text (help) show a different emblem (a buffalo dropping a bomb) as the squadron's emblem. I have removed the emblem, which I believe is that of a P-38 fighter squadron. --Lineagegeek (talk) 11:47, 19 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
