This article should be merged with that for the 86th Airlift Wing[edit]

The 86th Air Division is merely one of the designations the 86th Wing of the USAF has had since 1948. It should not have its own article. I see that another contributor has attempted to REDIRECT the talk page, and this has been reverted. While I think that a redirect (with appropriate annotations on the talk and article pages to preserve histgory) is the appropriate action, I believe discussion of this matter is called for before this becomes an edit war.
