Dubious[edit]

  • The Casualty stats of 68 for "8 SAI/63 Mech" I have a problem with. I included the 8 SAI ROH in the page taken from my Roll of Honour site, and I do NOT know the 63 Mech stats at all. I have seen the 61 Mech stats quoted elsewhere as 68. These probably included some 8 SAI members. There is no information that I have found anywhere however that can support this statement as it stands! BoonDock (talk) 10:08, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Totally agree with you and rectified. Thats why I have also looked at the stats and the 8 SAI contribution appears to be 22 or 23 which ties in with your Roll of Honour. Please check rectification, I have used the same source info as you. The 23rd member appears to have passed away in a non bush war operation post 1994. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Caracal Rooikat (talkcontribs) 10:21, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Images[edit]

I knew Commons had a hair-trigger policy when it came to deleting images, but as I've already noted to User:BoonDock, this is simply ridiculous. Five images contributed by User:Caracal Rooikat are now missing from the article. Pretext given was "copyright violation". If the photographs are in fact freely available rest assured I will do everything in my power to have them restored. --Katangais (talk) 01:39, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks. It seems there are some users who contribute nothing except deleting things. BoonDock (talk) 05:50, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Rooikat, if you're interested in getting your images restored, please see the message I left on your talk page. --Katangais (talk) 20:53, 25 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
