Planes Colors
How do you change the planes colors when your in the hangar? And if you can't, can you on Ace Combat 4? —Preceding unsigned comment added by I'll never forget my name now (talk • contribs) 23:22, 27 July 2008 (UTC)
Press the Select button. After you have gotten to the "Ancient Walls" mission, you will be knows as "The Aces Of Razgriz", and your plane will be colored black. After you play the game longer on different difficulties, and shoot down different planes, you will unlock plane paint styles. (OS - Osean, YK - Yuktobonian, RZ - Razgriz, and BL - Belkan) Sorry, I may have not gotten all of the paint styles yet... If there are more, sorry. - Want to do that on the other AC articles as well? --Eaglestorm (talk) 14:40, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
Hello
The only thing I had a problem with in this game was the in-your-face, very overt, loud and self indulgent anti-war message the game has. The dialogue of the game suffered greatly because of this, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks that way. If real fighter pilots even said or did half the things they did, they would have been removed from their positions. (Voicing your opposition of a military operation to your superiors while on duty during the mission isn't very smart, and WILL get you arrested and court martialed in real life.) But the game is Japanese, which explains it. A lot of Japanese movies, books, anime, and games have an extremely strong and overt anti-war message to them and this game is no exception. Metal Gear Solid is the only exception I am aware of, as they spread the message in more subtle ways.
And anyone notice that Nagase looks like the "Namco girl" from several Namco games, such as Ridge Racer, Evolution Racing, etc? Oh well, that's the end of my rant. --68.207.156.253 (talk) 09:45, 3 December 2008 (UTC)Reggie
