Why isn't the highest used rank held by an admiral

Because Canada has a small navy, no real aircraft carriers, and no real fleet to justify a rank that would realistically compare to our NATO allies, some of whom have the responsibilities and command experience commensurate to that rank. Keith (talk) 13:17, 24 September 2019 (UTC)
