Reviewing the article Arellano University.
GA review (see here for criteria)
  1. It is reasonably well written.
The prose is clear and concise, and the spelling and grammar was correct for the most part. I corrected the remaining grammar errors. This article also complies with the manual of style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
The article has no citations for the following sections: campus, administration and organization, student life. However, the citations for the rest of the article appear to be appropriate. 24 of the 33 references used is also originating from Arellano University itself (as per WP:RS). Further diversification of citations may be necessary.
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
The article requires serious expansion in several key areas. Notably, the article is lacking information on administration, academics, research and noted people. The history section is done rather well, however expanding the history section (along with the other noted sections), would push this article to GA status. For more information on proper coverage for universities and colleges, please read university article structure.
  4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without bias.
The article itself appears to be neutral and without bias for or against the university.
  5. It is stable.
The article appears to be stable as the majority of the recent edits on the page has been conducted by the article's nominee himself.
  6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.
Article uses five images. All images are used properly in relation to section they are in. All images are free, and do not violate any copyright.
  1. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
This article holds potential for a GA class article, unfortunately however, GA status articles would have to pass most or all of the GA list criteria. If you would like to get this page promoted, I suggest addressing issues such as content as well as citations. Several aspects of content and style need to be addressed. Again I suggest to go read the university article structure for see exactly what the content of a GA article should at least have. The page also contains the list of featured articles, featured list and good articles in there if you require further examples. While for the majority of the article, citation wasn't an issue, several sections of the article and several claims have been made without proper citations, which is another inhibitor towards promoting this article to GA status. I would suggest further styling work on the Academic section as it currently reads out as a list as opposed to a professional encyclopedic entry.

Nomination as GA Article[edit]

As the nominator, I approve the article to be promoted to GA Status. I have reviewed the article and according to my review, the article could attain GA Status.
