Thanks, but Wikipedia doesn’t work like that. You can build an article in your sandbox and then publish it when it resembles an article. Also, Azerbaijani population you were working on is nominated for redirect to Azerbaijanis, and I don’t see how taking part of the article to create an article when the mother article is going to be deleted helps Wikipedia to be honest. --Armatura (talk) 12:14, 22 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
