French bread products

I work with bread everyday(at a restaurant) and I know that a batard in addition to what this page is about can also refer to a baguette like bread that is made in the French-Style. I think its a bit shorter than a baguette and thus "inferior" or "bastard" like the French world bâtard means. So this is why I'm going to add it to this page. Love vs Hate
