Propose removal of "Distinguish from Backnoe End (a place in England)."

I don't see any good reason why this "Distinguish from Backnoe End (a place in England)." needs to be at the top of the article. One of these is a thing, the other is a place, they do not sound alike and are not spelled the same. It seems very implausible that anyone would ever be the slightest bit confused.
