Very little is wrong with this one. Just a few minor things...

  • In Production, you say, "Stampy has since been used several times in jokes later on in the series." Can you name (and source) any of those jokes, or at least mention some other episodes Stampy appears in?
  • This source mentions a reference to stampy in The Simpsons Movie. Can you add this in?
  • I'm not sure if this warrants inclusion or not, but I found this kind of interesting story about this dog named Stampy that was to be stored at the University of Texas at Austin's Animal Resources Center until it died and they could harvest its organs for cell research. This activist group, the Animal Liberation of Texas, obtained the dog from the company. Apparently, the dog is named after Stampy the elephant from this episode. lol. I'll leave it up to you whether to incorporate this into the article somehow...

Thanks for the review! Even though it was interesting, I decided not to add the information about the dog because I don't really think it belongs in this article (maybe in this one, though). Other than that, I think I have addressed all of your concerns. :) TheLeftorium 20:45, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I expanded the movie reference a bit, but otherwise, good work!

A good article is:

  1. Well-written: Prose is good, MOS is good.
  2. Factually accurate and verifiable: Sources are good, no original research.
  3. Broad in its coverage: Covers main aspects, no unneeded detail.
  4. Neutral: Yes.
  5. Stable: Yes.
  6. Illustrated, if possible, by images: Yes.
