The page claims that self-fertilizing would produce offspring with the same genetic material. There's no mention of this in the reference cited, and it's genetically a fallacy: the offspring would not be identical to the parent if they were made via sexual recombination. Well, let's change that then. Perhaps you have more info on how that would work? Or maybe we could just delete that final clause ("with the same genetic material as the parent").
