Emissions

[edit]

The B-N object does emit in radio slightly, so it's not entirely invisible outside the infrared (Zapata, Schmid-Burgk, Menten). If no one argues against this, I will change the page. - Paul B Rimmer (talk) 15:08, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Protostar?

[edit]

The article states that the BN Object is a protostar (And I've added it to that category.) but going over the documents in the external links this no longer appears to be the consensus opinion. Rather the view seems to be that the object is a main sequence B-class star. What the late Patrick Moore described as a 'Cosmic Searchlight'. Graham1973 (talk) 13:34, 28 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Some of the material was added on 23 February 2009 , from this site which predates the Wikipedia article. See this earlier version. I removed that material.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 15:03, 11 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
