restored version playing at H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival

[edit]

I just noticed the text: "A newly restored 35mm print has been made, and the restored version was first shown at the 2011 H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival." at the top

I ran that festival, and can provide more information about it if needed. It was a bit of a chore to get that new print, but I am very glad I did. Specifically, please update the credit as follows:

"... the 2011 H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival®-Los Angeles."

The festival is a registered trademark, so needs the ®, and there were two instances of the HPLFF: the original, which started in Portland, Oregon (with a fraction of inspiration from me) and has been occurring since 1997, and then the Los Angeles version, which I started and ran annually from 2010 to 2016. It has also traveled to other cities a few times as well.

Mainly, please identify the trademark and the specific location of the festival that showed the restored print (print courtesy of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences). Also in attendance at that screening was director Frank Lloyd's grandson Christpher Gray, who gave a great speech and brought a prop from the movie.
