Widespread use of Best Boy Grip?

In Australia I haven't heard the term best boy grip used often, a best boy is usually only associated with the electrics/lighting dept. Is the usage of Best Boy Grip perhaps an American one? Do other countries use it frequently? Scotth1 14:33, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

Assistant Chief Lighting Technician
