[edit]I don't know much about the company itself, however I believe the extra information about the owner as of present day is unnesecary to the article, given its seaming irrelevance to the company. A situation I could see an example like this being necessary in is if the current happenings of the owner were widespread due to notoriety, or intrigue surrounding it, that would lead back to the company.
