Merge
[edit]Merged content with that of Bridge loan. Most of the things here were already in that article. A few were excluded because they were irrelevant, and a section entitled "managing the costs" was written as an instruction/advice guide, making it completely unusable and unencyclopedic, not to mention a potential copyright violation -- why would anyone write an entire section as "how to" advice unless it was simply lifted from another source that does the same?
