THe section on Bulldog's history lists the original CEO's name as Richard Greco, but this seems generally uncited. Are we sure it isn't some vandal's very strange, obscure joke on the name Richard Grieco (the actor)?

Whoever wrote the thing about MAC codes:

MAC codes cannot be given out if you have the phone AND broadband from Bulldog, because as far as I know, MAC codes only cater for the broadband. Bulldog DO however, have broadband only packages, in which case, I believe MAC codes can be provided.

Initially ISPs were declining to issue MAC code because they said you were locked into a contract. That is not the case now. Bulldog gave me a MAC code straight away 3 years ago. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.133.61.20 (talk) 23:30, 20 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unbelievable failure

[edit]

As an ex customer I had to move away from this company because the connection was unreliable the telephone support non existant. I had no phone line for months. The speeds were phenomenal when it worked 3 years ago I was getting movies down in 20 seconds. I wonder what happened with Bulldog and how it failed. As said in the article Its' Tiscali now btw that I will fix. One other thing their billing system was unbelievably complicated and initially they were overbilling. Enough I just want to maybe ask for some analysis in the article as to why the company failed essentially but not in name (it's still around but it diverts to Tiscali products). This could be interesting in relation to the viability of companies leading up to the recent credit crunch; vaguely I suppose but it really was a great failure. It could be a case study I suppose. There was definitely more going on than met the eye with Bulldog.
