Merge with Supply Chain Management
[edit]The supply chain management has a bullwhip effect heading with different information to that stored here. Suggest consensus is reached and that this article is merged into the SCM article.
- Please refer to the disccusion re proposed merge on the Supply Chain Management talk page. Consensus is that it not be moved. Reverting. Sonicace 03:06, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

Benford's law
[edit]Surely the citation should be to this | Benford's law of controversy not Benford's law on the distribution of digits. 86.167.250.251 (talk) 22:33, 5 April 2012 (UTC)
June 2020 substantial rewrite
[edit]It appears this article has been completely changed in the past few days, by a single editor removing previous content and inserting new, possibly copyvio content instead. I've asked the editor in question to come and explain their reasoning here. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:08, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Has now been rolled back to earlier version, in case anyone is wondering what my earlier comment was about. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 16:39, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Yep, there was a lot of copyvio in it, so I reverted and history had to be revision deleted. Joseph2302 (talk) 18:00, 9 June 2020 (UTC)
- Seems someone (same ed?) is at it again, though, and the copypaste tag has been added back. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 05:20, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- Removed some more copyvios. Looks like there's still possible copying with [coursehero.com/file/46974549/bullwhipdocx] in the article, though looks like they're copying us (as their text is from Fall 2019, and ours is earlier than that). Joseph2302 (talk) 08:56, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
- There sure seems to be a lot of interest from certain quarters in adding spammy links to this and a few similar logistics-related articles... -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 06:43, 14 June 2020 (UTC)
