Doesn't fully capture the idiom
Current text is somewhat misleading, at least insofar as the term is used in the United States. Busy work is not necessarily of low or zero value but it is never of high value. Routine soldiering is considered busy work and indeed most actual labor consumed tends have this character at least where the so called working or semi professional classes are concerned. Not saying the given meaning is wrong or even less than the principal connotation but it's far from capturing the whole thing as non challenging work is actually the main use in my experience. 98.4.124.117 (talk) 04:15, 25 June 2018 (UTC)
