Just a policy, people![edit]

Some papers say it is just a policy and is a pull rather than pull/push hybrid, what are your thoughts ? I removed your link to DBR since i'm not sure what it should be pointing at but nothing on the disambiguation page seemed to fit. I believe that having links to pages that dont exist is no problem (hopefully stimulates activity). However, links to pages that do work BUT point at the wrong thing are unhelpful. You had a couple which i have removed (Spearman - pointed at men with spears, DBR at the disambiguation page with no appropriate onwards link) i also made the 'pull/push' system links work by finding the page that might help.
