[edit]What does CXCR stand for? — Preceding unsigned comment added by JackWasey (talk • contribs) 21:18, 10 January 2007
It means CXC chemokine Receptor - i.e. a receptor that binds chemokines from the CXC family. Ciar 00:50, 14 April 2007 (UTC)
Suggest article clarifies which cell types carry CXCR4 (Is it just CD4+ T-cells ?) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rod57 (talk • contribs) 12:47, 23 January 2008 (UTC)
Different ligands
[edit]The last few years showed the MIF and Ubiquitin are also ligands for this receptor. I will try to make the correct changes in the next week once I figure out how the editing works. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cumol (talk • contribs) 14:08, 5 February 2015 (UTC)
