Merge proposal

I support Daniele Pugliesi's proposal that this be merged into Orifice plate, which does already mention restriction plates. This article also overlaps with Restrictive flow orifice, so we could also consider merging that into Orifice plate too, or simply merging this article into Restrictive flow orifice.
