Strange page!

What's next? Baseball players named Steve? Tennis players named Maria? Swimmers named Joe? Camel Jockeys named Muhammed? Politicians named John? Artists named Pedro? Chrisrus (talk) 15:59, 3 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The proposed merge is routine under MoSDab practice.
The entry is routine, in the case of each corresponding player whose article gives plausible evidence that, if today he failed a doping test for the first time, the headline would read "Carlos in Football Doping Scandal" rather than "Sanchez in Football Doping Scandal". We don't have articles on Footballers named Carlos. We do create Dab pages where people who don't follow soccer, and/or don't live in that Carlos's society, can find their way to the bio that goes with the headline. The page is not strange; research is needed to know whether all the entries belong in the Dab or not.
