Redirect discussion

@NawlinWiki: on 17 Jan 2009 you locked this when it was a redirect to Santa Catalina Island. This was changed into a redirect to Santa Catalina#Places which @R'n'B: changed here as well to reflect.

I would like to propose that rather than direct to a broad disambiguation page that this be unlocked and turned into its own disambiguation page.

The reason for this is not everything under the "Places" on the Santa Catalina disambig actually is an Island. Santa Catalina, Bolívar for example is simply a seaside town.

I think this serves a purpose for identifying only those Santa Catalinas which are actually Islands. Ranze (talk) 00:58, 1 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
