Some additional information that needs to be better formatted and fact-checked. The area used to be a gravel pit (into the 80s) and I believe it has won several awards for planning. It is also considered part of the greater Southdale (as in Southdale Center) area. Centennial Lakes contains townhomes, offices, retail, restaurants, an ice skating rink, event center and medical building.
