Talk:Chamber of Mazarbul

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This page needs comments from Grant Major and an explanation of why English was used in place of Common Speech (this can be justified using Tolkien's own methodology). Get comments from Tolkien to explain the use of English and the "peculiarities" found in the text, as Tolkien himself introduced similar ones into his own sample pages of the Book of Mazarbul.

translated walls[edit]

I removed this - interesting as it is - it's mentioned here - the info is from the film (jackson) http://tolkiengateway.net/wiki/Chamber_of_Mazarbul... One phrase says "Made in New Zealand"

merge[edit]

Suggesting merge with Moria as per the other locations within moria.. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.102.94.157 (talk) 14:15, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've also removed much semi speculative info - such as that the room was used as a base by durin during the recolloniastion of moria.

Also removed film section. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.102.94.157 (talk) 14:22, 24 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
