re: Do we need this article
[edit]I don't know - if some editors feel compelled to remove the content, calling it "copyedit", there's not a lot to discuss. Tedickey (talk) 18:27, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
- Hi Tedickey, being ironic and aggressive doesn't add merit to your argument. Content for the sake of content does not make an article better. The substance of what I erased is still there, the rest was self-contradictory and poorly written. Cheers, Adamantios (talk) 19:04, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
- Likewise (reflecting on your comments would be helpful to you as well):- the interesting part of the content is all removed, rather than restructuring it and sourcing it. Looking forward to improvements. Tedickey (talk) 19:17, 14 September 2008 (UTC)
Vaguely related, would it be worth merging Block-oriented terminal? The two types of terminals are mostly interesting in their opposition to each other, and there'd be less duplication and more material for a substantial article. --Delirium (talk) 15:33, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
- Perhaps - but discussing two opposites in one topic doesn't seem to work often (except in the rare case where the topic is devoted to a comparison of the two). Tedickey (talk) 15:43, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
