In the anime, Sailor Moon was never forced to kill Chibi Chibi. After Chibichibi transforms into a sword as the Light of Hope, Chibichibi tells Usagi to fight Galaxia with it. While struggling with Galaxia, Usagi accidentally stabs Galaxia with it. Galaxia, angered beyond belief, attacks the sword, smashing it into many pieces. Chibichibi then disappears.

Discuss.
