History

I don't know if anyone watches this page, but in February 2021 the Chicago Municipal Code was amended to make it the Chicago Department of Public Health (as opposed to the Chicago Department of Health) and moved most of the functions of the Board of Health to the Department and Commissioner of Public Health.
