Date of event

This article states that the concession was occupied the day after the end of Sino-German relations on 14 March. However, the same information is given about the occupation of the German concession in Hankou (occupied the day after the termination of relations), but on March 16. I tried looking for the actual end date of the relationships to deduce the correct date but couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know the correct date?
