Cleko vs. Cleco

In my experience, Cleco is the "official" name for the fastener, it being short for CLEvelandpneumatictoolCOmpany. Cleko was sort of a generic non-trademark-infringing name. I've got a bag full of these somewhere, I'll post some photos when I dig them out. CrowCaw 22:15, 17 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No question about it. The company that invented it is correctly spelled Cleco; end of discussion. We certainly don't add "Windoze" to the Microsoft wiki page, even though some people spell it that way. A Google search shows there are four times as many entries spelled "cleco" than the misspelled "cleko".Tdk408 (talk) 23:24, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
