There is no CC or other free license on this page. It says simply "This site maintained by Case Western Reserve University". The related home page says "he World Wide Web edition of The Encyclopedia of Cleveland History and The Dictionary of Cleveland Biography is sponsored jointly by Case Western Reserve University and the Western Reserve Historical Society. The site is maintained by Digital Media Services at CWRU." and "The Encyclopedia of Cleveland History and The Dictionary of Cleveland Biography are available in hardback editions from the Indiana University Press, and can be purchased at the Western Reserve Historical Society, the CWRU Bookstore, and other select bookstores."
