I do not think the page "clinical presentation" should redirect to "physical examination". The clinical presentation of a disease is the set of all characteristics of this disease, such as symptoms and signs. This is what French physicians call "Tableau clinique". It is different from a "patient presentation" (which would anyway be different from "physical examination"). Nicolas Gambardella (talk) 07:33, 20 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
